Progress


I have not stated exactly what I have been doing when I have been going to the gym and working out. I have been spending about half of my time working with Cardio and this consists of about 10 minutes jogging on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the elliptical. I then weight lift and try to work out a little of every muscle for the next 30 minutes. I decided this would be a good start in setting up my workout schedule from research I have previously done before starting. Even though I have not been able to post to blogger as much as I would like for the most part I have been working out every other day.  Most of the research states that it is best to do both Cardio and weightlifting.  Just doing one will not be as beneficial. I do find out that after working out I have been feeling better. The hardest part is pulling me to actually go to the gym. This from past experiences has proven to stop me in the past. The question is what does it takes to motivate you so you can pull yourself to go to the gym?
