Traveling Matters

          When traveling the motivation of working out is really being put to the test. Going home or going on spring break can impact your workout in a bad way. Even if there are workout facilities to go the travel is just exhausting. I found that out first hand when I went on spring break. It becomes very hard to keep up with my workout routine. I had to actually change the days I worked out which is not ideal. My motivation was. If you do not feel like going to the gym and where you go does not have a workout facility then there are many different kinds of workouts that can still be done. You can do push-ups, sit-ups, squats, planks, or even jogging outside if it is nice outside.
